On the path to becoming a professional genealogist, I started a genealogy blog: Genealogy Crossroads. As mentioned in my bio, history is a huge passion of mine. I’ve realized that we tend to skip over the “history” parts a bit in the hunt for our ancestors. The goal for GC is to tie back in the social history and context that our forebears lived through. Hopefully this will allow us to better understand those who came before us and bring our family history to life!
